Write to us and someone on the team reads it themselves and gets back to you, whether it's a question, a quote request or a concern.
Nothing gets built without your sign-off.
You see the plan before we build anything. If you don't approve it, it doesn't happen, and what you'll own at the end is agreed up front.
We'll tell you when you don't need AI.
If a simple automation or a plain rule does the job better, that's what we'll recommend, even when it means a smaller job for us.
Your customers' data follows your instructions.
When our tools handle your customers' information, we process it only as you instruct, under a written data processing agreement you can read first.
Your data is never sold or used to train AI.
Not yours, and not your customers'. It's used only to run the tools you asked for, and it's never sold or fed into anyone's AI training.
You know where your data lives.
Your data lives in the region of your choice, where available. It's agreed with you before anything goes live, and it doesn't move without your say-so.

AI has a footprint. We don't spend it on nothing.
Every AI request runs on real machines using real power. We won't pretend otherwise, so we only spend it where it counts. Independent research backs the approach: an AI model's environmental impact grows roughly in step with its size.
Much of it doesn't run on AI at all.

The name
Why Murexa.
The murex is a small sea snail. Phoenician makers on the eastern Mediterranean turned it into Tyrian purple, a dye so hard to make that it became the colour of emperors.
They were traders and craftspeople who made things properly. We took the name, and the colour, as a standard to live up to.
Murexa.ai Inc. was founded in 2025 and is led by its founder and CEO, Jad Boussi. We're a federally incorporated Canadian company, working with businesses in Canada and the United States.
